Welcome to Celebrity Systems. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("the App"). Please read this policy carefully. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect
Account & Profile Information
- Name, email address, and password when you register or log in.
- Company name, company ID, and role (e.g. company user, employee, subcontractor).
- Profile photos or avatars you choose to upload.
Content You Provide
- Tickets, reports, and work-order details you create or update inside the App.
- Images and videos you capture or upload when documenting work (via camera or gallery).
- Messages or notes attached to tickets and contracts.
Device & Usage Information
- Device identifiers and push-notification tokens (via OneSignal) used to send you alerts.
- Firebase analytics data: app events, crash reports, and performance metrics used to improve stability.
- App interaction logs (screens visited, features used) — collected in aggregate, not tied to personally identifiable data.
Location Information
We do not request background location access. Location data is only processed if it is explicitly embedded in content you submit (e.g., a photo's EXIF metadata), and only to the extent necessary to complete the related work order.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
- To display and process tickets, reports, contracts, and subcontractor work orders.
- To send push notifications about ticket status changes, assignments, and reminders.
- To generate analytics and operational reports within your organisation's dashboard.
- To diagnose bugs, monitor performance, and improve the App (via Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics).
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Within your organisation: Data you enter (tickets, reports, profiles) is visible to authorised users in your company account.
- Service providers: We use trusted third-party services — Google Firebase, OneSignal — solely to operate the App. These providers are contractually bound to keep your data confidential.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction, and you will be notified in advance.
5. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the service. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. resolving disputes, fraud prevention).
Uploaded images and videos are retained as long as the associated work order exists. Deleting a ticket or report also schedules the removal of its attached media.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between the App and our servers.
- Secure, encrypted storage of authentication tokens on your device (using Flutter Secure Storage).
- JWT-based session management with token expiry.
- Access controls ensuring users can only view data belonging to their organisation.
No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights GDPR / CCPA
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict or object to certain processing activities.
- Data portability – receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 11. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for business users and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, notify you via push notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
